Wow, my blog has suffered much neglect this summer! I apologize for my lack of blogging. I have about 10 drafts started that I had hoped to finish and get up on my blog, but in the midst of life, catching up with people, raising support, flying back to Prague, football and more I didn’t get them up. So I hope to get to those drafts and I have a fun few ideas of some running themes to write on for the blog.
